PINHOLE PHOTOGRAPHY

Jane’s pinhole photography is produced by attaching a primitive lens (a pinhole) to the body of a digital camera. This results in an image that has a depth of field that is uniformly blurred, giving it a dreamlike quality. The image usually has a painterly feel - not photo real. Each image becomes a painting acquired by a pinhole lens. This process fits well within Jane’s long history of working with alternative photographic processes.
